Employment &
Manpower:
The service terms & conditions of DMS employees are basically governed by the CCS(CCA) Rules/Fundamental and Supplementary Rules as applicable to other Central Government employees. The salaries of the employees are paid through the Consolidated Fund of India. Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ employees are appointed through Staff Selection Commission and technical staff are recruited through Employment Exchange by DMS. Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ officers are appointed by UPSC.
