Responsible for all the accounts matter of the DMS. Financial Adviser to GM.

5.

Sr. Dairy Engineer

Responsible for maintenance & repairs of Dairy Plants installed at Central Dairy & its ancillary milk collection & chilling centers of DMS.

6.

Manager(Processing)

Head of Milk Processing/Products

Responsible for processing of milk & manufacture of milk products at Central Dairy and also receipt of raw milk.

7.

Manager(Quality Control Lab.)

Responsible for the checking of quality of milk & milk products being produced by the DMS.

8.

Manager(Procurement)

Responsible for procurement of milk through various States, Govt. Agencies/Federations in U.P., Punjab, Haryana & Rajasthan etc. and also local coop. societies.

9.

Manager(Stores & Purchase)

Head of Stores Division

Responsible for controlling the work of purchase accounting and organizing stores in DMS and for purchasing and accounting of all types of stores.

10.

Manager(Distribution)

Responsible for distribution of milk and milk products through milk depots, All Day Milk Stalls and Private Agencies set up for the purpose in the capital city of Delhi and to manage the entire distribution working.    

11.

Sr. Transport Officer

Responsible to deploy the milk vans & Drivers on duty for distribution of milk attached to break down and accidents cases, permits, claims, insurance etc.

12.

Dy.Manager(Stores &Purchase)

To assist Manager (Stores & Purchase) in purchasing & Accounting of all types of stores.

13.

Dy. Manager (Distt.)

To assist the Manager(Distribution) and ensure proper distribution of milk and milk products.

14.

Dy.Manager(Quality Control)

To assist the Manager (QCL) in day to day working of Quality Control Laboratory.

15.

Shift Manager

Responsible for operation of the Central Dairy of the DMS normally for the one shift and manufacture of milk and milk products.

16.

Dairy Engineer

Responsible for maintenance and repairs of dairy plants installed at Central Dairy and its ancillary milk collection & chilling centers and also to assist the Senior Dairy Engineer in the performance of  his duties.

17.

Dy. Director (Cost)

Responsible for the costing of Accounts of DMS.

18.

Enquriy  Officer

To conduct Departmental Enquiries and advise the DMS in disciplinary matters.

19.

Personnel officer

To assist the management in matters relating to selection,training,evaluation,promotion,discipline & control of employees, vigilance matters and staff’s union matters.

20.

Stores Officer

To assist the Manager (Stores & Purchase) in purchasing, accounting and issue of all types of stores.

21.

Security Officer

Responsible for maintaining the over all security of the organization.

22.

Staff Welfare officer

To look after the welfare problem of workers and staff working in the DMS. The majority of staff is governed under the Factories Act.

23.

Asstt. Director(Cost)

To assist the Dy.Director (Cost) in maintaining cost and accounting of DMS.

24.

Medical officer

Responsible for medical aid to the factory and  other staff of DMS.

25.

Administrative Officer

To assist the DGM(A)/GM in day to day administration and general matters pertaining to the DMS staff.  Responsible for the work of Establishment sections.

26.

Accounts Officer

To look after the accounts work of the scheme under the supervision of FA&CAO.

27.

Internal Audit Officer

To assist the FA&CAO with regard to Audit of the DMS Accounts, to have a check on the entire purchase of stores issued and advise to the Administration in financial implications.

28.

Dairy Bactt.

Responsible for the work of checking of Bacteriological qualities of milk and milk products of the DMS.

29.

Dairy Chemist

Responsible for the work of checking of chemical qualities of milk and milk products of the DMS.

30.

Milk Distribution Officer

To assist the Manager (Distribution) in the distribution of milk and milk products.

31.

Assistant Engineers

To assist the Dairy Engineer/Sr.Dairy Engineer for the maintenance and upkeep of the plant and machinery installed in the Central Dairy.

32.

Assistant Engineer(Civil)

Responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of the building under the charge of the scheme including the milk booths.

33.

Assistant Engineer(Electronics)

Responsible for the maintenance of Electronic equipments of the scheme and other problems relating thereto.

34.

Environment Officer

Responsible for the matter connected with the Pest Control, sanitation and environment in the Central Dairy/Effluent Treatment Plant.

35.

Hindi Officer

Responsible to ensure the Hindi activities in the organization as per the Official Language Act.

36.

Asstt. Administrative Officer

To assist the Administrative Officer in performance of the official duties. Responsible for disposal of routine work of section. To assist the Branch Officer in day today   work and to maintain discipline in the society.

37.

Dy.Security  Officer

To assist the Security Officer for maintaining the over-all security of the organization and to maintain duty roaster of watchmen and look into their grievances.

38.

Care Taker

To assist the Assistant Engineer (Civil) for the maintenance and up-keep of the building under the charge of Scheme.
