Management
All policy matters of DMS are approved by the Management Committee which is appointed by the Government. The Management Committee enjoys full powers of Deptt. Of Government of India except creation of posts, writing off losses and re-appropriation of funds not exceeding 10% of original budget provision. Constitution of Management Committee is as under:
General Manager is the administrative head of the organization and implements policy of Management Committee with due approval of Govt. He has been delegated powers of Head of Department. GM is assisted by DGM(A), DGM(T),FA&CAO and other senior officers. The Organization structure of DMS is as under:
